Customer Service and Phone Support Rep English/Spanish
Full-time

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Schedule appointments with consultants and process their payments
  • Data entry and conversion

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Positive, upbeat disposition
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Attention to Detail
  • Confidentiality
  • Fluent in English and Spanish

Required education:

  • High school degree or equivalent; college degree preferred

Required experience:

  • Phone Customer service experience
  • Salesmanship
