We strongly believe in providing our clients FIXED PRICING based on specific outcomes and results expected by by our clients.  However, sometimes they want to know our HOURLY rates and base fees for monthly services, so here is a good example on how we price our services.  Please do not hesitate to call us to request a “fixed-rate” for your specific project.  We may charge an hourly fee for any discovery consultations required in order to provide a fixed-rate price (credited towards the project cost)

 

QuickBooks Training (Including Consulting and/or Support) Services

  • Remote Access (and Phone) QuickBooks Training/Support $150/hour (live with customer)
  • Remote Access (HOURLY) Bookkeeping/Data Entry into QuickBooks Online or Hosted QuickBooks Desktop $75/hour (without customer / behind the scenes / off hours)
  • Onsite (at your office one-on-one or multiple staff members) QuickBooks/Excel/Accounting Training $525 half-day or $950 Full-day
  • Group Training  Workshop (we bring the classroom to your office) $1250 per day for 4 attendees/workstations, + $100 per additional seat
  • Master Consultant: Hector Garcia, CPA.CITP, CGMA for Complex Issues, Advanced Data Integration/Importing, and others @ $275/hr

Start-up Level – Starting at $350 Monthly.

  • Based on QuickBooks Online Simple Start or Essentials (subscription paid by client)

  • Monthly Financial Reports and Customized Reports for analysis.
  • Adjustments, Reclassifications and monthly closing of accounting/Books.
  • Semi-annual Revision with company owners.
  • Advise on how to use and sync third party apps with the software if needed.

Premium Level – Starting at $650 Monthly.

  • Based on QuickBooks Online Plus (subscription paid by us. a $40/m value) or QuickBooks Desktop (Pro, Premier, or Enterprise (client  software, in a hosted environment paid by client)
  • Customer invoicing assistance.
  • Recurring customer invoicing assistance.
  • Bill and Bill Payment Assistance.
  • Monthly Bank Reconciliations.
  • Monthly Credit Card Reconciliations.
  • Assistance on how to handle Job Costing and Classes.
  • Monthly Financial Reports and Customized Reports for analysis.
  • Accounting Adjustments, Reclassifications and Monthly closing of Books.
  • Quarterly Revision of Financial Statements with Owners and Managers
  • Training on how to use specific features of the software.
  • Advise on how to use and sync third party apps with the software if needed.

 YourCFO Level – Starting at $950 Monthly. (Part-time CFO)

  • Based on Online Plus (subscription paid by us. a $40/m value) or QuickBooks Desktop (Pro, Premier, or Enterprise (client  software, in a hosted environment paid by client)
  • Everything on Premium Level plus:
  • Payroll assistance on payments and form filings (941, 940 and RT-6).
  • Create and send 1099/1096 to Independent contractors and IRS.
  • Accounts Receivables Analysis. (Only when invoiced through QuickBooks)
  • Accounts Payable Analysis. (Only when using the bill feature in QuickBooks).
  • Detailed Expenses and Cost of Goods Sold analysis on a monthly basis.
  • Unlimited Support and training for owners/Staff.
  • Monthly Revision with company owners Onsite, Remote and/or at our office.
  • Sales Tax Form Preparation
